The databases also will identify addresses where the forwarding order has expired, or PO has been box closed, or the person has left with no forwarding address. The LACS database identifies address changes made by local governments when implementing 911 emergency systems. The databases are updated weekly and now contain over 160,000 million NCOA changes and 5 million LACS changes. The databases include the most recent 48 months of address changes.
